If you wear a smile that shows sincere compassion for a clients situation and you do that from the moment the client meets you, your job will be a hundred times smoother than if you don’t smile.” Dustin also says that paying a simple compliment to some one will add greatly to their impression of you and your company. “The key though” says Dustin “is making the right compliment. If it’s fake or generic the client will pick up on that and send their impression of you in the wrong direction.”
