About Lamunyon Cleaning and Restoration
We cannot achieve our client relations philosophy without honest, reliable, dedicated, and hardworking employees. We train our staff both "in-house" and at professional schools so as to be the very best in the cleaning and restoration industry. We realize that our services are only as good as the people that perform them, and we have assembled an amazing staff of professionals! As a company, we received VAST training to improve service to our customers, and several of us have gone to a week-long class in Illinois called Strategies for Success (SFS) which helped us appreciate how to dramatically exceed our customer’s expectations in order to gain cheerleaders for our company. All of our associates also have numerous certifications through IICRC, NADCA, and ASCR. Don't hesitate to ask them about their certifications.
Mike Lamunyon - CEO
Mike started the company in 1973 as a window cleaning business and within a couple of years transformed it into an office cleaning company. Then, in the 80's he began to provide carpet-cleaning services. By 1989 he received specialized training in fire and water damage restoration. Today the business services include air duct cleaning, carpet cleaning, fire damage restoration, and water damage restoration.
Mike has built the business on good relationships and maintains his obsession with awesome service to our clients as a way of life. He believes that the main focus of the business includes meeting and then exceeding customer expectations. Mike's certifications include WRT, CCT, VAST, CCT, FRST, UFT, JWR, RRT, ASD, OCT, and SFS.
Arlene Lamunyon - Accounts Receivable
Arlene is the CFO of Lamunyon Cleaning & Restoration. She has built the business along with Mike from the beginning, and continues to play an integral part in the day-to-day operations of the company.
Rhonda Cogan - Accounts Payable
Our numbers-cruncher, Rhonda makes sure our employees get paid and the lights stay on! Needless to say, we all really appreciate her hard work!
Caitee Keesling - Office Manager
Most likely Caitee will be your first contact when you call Lamunyon Cleaning & Restoration. She enjoys helping clients in any possible way, and is committed to giving you the best client-friendly service possible. Because Lamunyon’s is committed to having the best education in the industry, our office staff also undergoes extensive training. Caitee is currently VAST and SFS certified.
Mitch Reeves - General Manager-Operations
Mitch is our new General Manager and is enjoying becoming familiar with the ins and outs of the industry. He has certifications in Water Damage Restoration and Health and Safety, as well as training in Fire and Smoke Damage Restoration.
Dorothy Rosas - Head of Fire Damage Restoration
Dorothy has completed VAST and SFS training and has training in fire and smoke damage restoration. She serves as head of the fire damage restoration crew. Dorothy enjoys helping people, and frequently goes above and beyond the call of duty in helping homeowners return their homes to pre-loss condition after a fire.
Holly Heidelberg - Fire Damage Restoration
Holly is a member of our incredibly hard-working fire damage restoration crew. She has VAST training as well as training in fire and smoke damage restoration, and has a wide knowledge of the correct techniques for cleaning and restoring contents and structural items. She is an excellent communicator and enjoys keeping the homeowner informed throughout the restoration process.
Ed Forton - Director of Sales
Ed serves as the Director of Sales for Lamunyons. He works on the water, fire damage, and carpet crews. Ed holds the WRT certification through the IICRC. He is also a member of the Kansas Claims Association. When Ed isn't busy taking care of clients in his service area, he is putting on presentations for industry related professionals and building working relationships with others that hold the same high standard of quality that we demand. Ed's quality of work and charisma make him a valuable asset to Lamunyons.
Reece Howell - Branch Manager
Reece Howell is our North Central KS branch manager, our branch is located in Clay Center with easy access to Manhattan, Junction City, Abilene and various other locations. Reece takes special interest in visiting with the plumbing professionals throughout his territory. Being a former plumber Reece relates well to the challenges the plumbers face. As a family man himself, Reece works hard to make sure all of our clients and their families are cared for in the event of a water loss, fire loss, or sewer loss. You can even ask Reece how to improve your indoor air quality. Reece is also an instructor during our continuing education classes.
Jason Bird - Lead Technician
Jason is the lead technician for the Residential Air Duct Cleaning crew. He is dedicated to improving the indoor air quality of our residential and commercial clients. He enjoys the fact that each job is unique and likes working with different technicians from the company. Jason would like to generate more business in order to enable the company to run another Air Duct Cleaning truck. He is currently an ASCS, and a WRT and CCT through the IICRC. In the future he would like to become a Certified Mechanical Hygienist.
Jon Heidelberg - Commercial Air Duct Cleaning
Jon is our head of our Commercial Air Duct Cleaning, and works hard to meet the needs of our large commercial clients.
Jerry Taylor - Head of Water Damage Restoration
Jerry is the head of the water damage crew. He is certified in Water Damage Restoration and Applied Structural Drying. He has attended the Strategies for Success seminar and is trained in Basic Thermography.
Jorge Simental - Technician
Jorge is certified in water damage restoration and applied structural drying by the IICRC (WRT, ASD). He looks forward to continuing his education in the industry.
Justin Bazzle - Technician
Multi-talented Justin serves on our water damage, fire damage, and HVAC cleaning crews.
Colten Sims - Carpet Cleaning
Colten has completed carpet cleaning classes, tile and grout cleaning classes, VAST training, and water damage restoration training. He enjoys the challenges that come with carpet cleaning and spot removal. He is very detail-oriented and is a perfectionist when it comes to cleaning. Colten takes pride in his job, and expects to continue his education in the industry and become an even greater asset to our company.
Rodger Woods - Marketing
Rodger has personally had a hand in tutoring and developing many of our technicians throughout his career and on a daily basis. In an effort to satisfy our clients, Rodger places a high degree of importance on communication with the insured and insurance adjusters. He brings years of on the job experience to his management position. His certifications with the IICRC include Carpet Cleaning Technician, Journeyman Cleaning Technician, Water Damage Restoration Technician, Odor Control Technician, Fire and Smoke Damage Restoration Technician.
Lacey Howell - Marketing
Lacey is the North Central KS marketing representative for Lamunyon C&R. Lacey’s bubbly personality fits in well as her primary objective is to visit with all the insurance agents in the Manhattan & Junction City areas. As she does she helps them keep abreast of changes in the industry and what agents can do to further assist their clients. Lacey also assists in teaching at our continuing education programs for agents. Lacey is a wonderful asset at Lamunyon C&R and we are proud she is representing us in North Central KS.
Chuck Geer - Marketing & Sales
Chuck is our sales & marketing representative for the Hutchinson market area. Chuck has many years experience in sales and marketing and this serves him well in his travels throughout his territory. Chuck’s friendly, kind manner and no pressure style of selling has won over the hearts of many. Chuck visits with a variety of professionals including insurance agents, plumbers, facilities managers, carpet cleaners, as well as janitorial companies. Chuck has also been involved in teaching at some of the continuing education programs we’ve sponsored.
